I purchased this portable washer when I first moved into this laundry-less building and it's been the single thing that's compensated for the lack of in-house facilities. I keep this unit in my bathroom and wheel it to/from the sink for/after use. The nozzle attaches to the bathroom/kitchen faucet for water supply and draining. I don't have a drying and hang dry everything, which has really saved my clothes from unnecessary wear. The unit is very easy to use and has a number of settings (permanent press, soak, drain, gentle, etc). If anything is unclear, please feel free to email me or look through the instruction manual (b/c I've still got it!).
I paid $550 for this unit 3 years ago and, aside from the front loading portable washers, it seems much nicer and have more capacity than what's currently on the market. If you are interested, please give me a call. There is even the possibility that I could help you transport it.
Dimensions are 24"x24"x32" (LxWxH) and you probably need another 17" of clearance to open the lid.
